The food and drinks are spot on as per all Caffè Neros. The cinnamon bun here is the best you will find. This particular branch tends to have issues when doing delivery (mistakes and out of stocks), and it's usually quite loud in here

I have been going on regular basis for 18months and during that time I have found all the staff courteous, friendly and hard working as they get very, very busy at times. Elle the manager is always helpful and welcoming even when she is extremely busy with customers. Coffee is great and made with care. Atmosphere is also welcoming and friendly on entry.

Spacious inside and outside, really caring staff served us, not pushing to make quick decisions, clearing table frequently. A nice quality cafè shop in a friendly neighbourhood

It's ok. Staffing could be warmer and service a little quicker but when it arrives it's good

Amazing place to have your . Cafe Nero is my absolute favorite coffee spot. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, inviting ambiance that makes it feel like a second home. The baristas are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They remember your name, your order, and always serve with a smile. The coffee itself is rich, smooth, and expertly crafted—whether it’s a classic cappuccino or a seasonal special, it never disappoints. Their pastries and sandwiches are fresh and delicious, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely lunch. The seating is comfortable, with plenty of space to work or relax, and the background music is always just right—not too loud, not too quiet. I especially appreciate the attention to detail in everything from the decor to the cleanliness of the space. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment. Whether I’m meeting friends, catching up on work, or just enjoying a quiet moment, Cafe Nero always delivers a five-star experience. Highly recommended for any coffee lover! The neighbourhood is amazing there are about 10 cafes in the vicinity and we all love going their and spending time with friends and family.
